Returns

To return a Spiritwear Direct product: Send product back to us.  With a note stating the size you need to exchang it for.

What can be returned: Any item that does not have a personal name on it can be exchanged for another item.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that have personal names on them are not exchangable

Returns for refund: NO REFUNDS

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Send item back to us via USPS or Fed ex with a note explaining the exchange 
  2. We will then ship new item back to you

Returns
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.  You must present the original purchase or gift receipt to return your merchandise.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, has an odor, is covered in pet hair or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Customized items (i.e. name, number, non-stock design, etc.) will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. All items except for stock, pre-printed items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

 

Refunds
A refund may be given if the merchandise is returned in new condition accompanied by a receipt. In store credit will be given to items bought within the return policy time frame but isn’t accompanied by a receipt. A 30% restocking fee will be charged all items except for stock, pre-printed items.
